Nicholin brings a wealth of expertise as a Chartered Company Secretary and Certified Tax Advisor. Her leadership in enhancing fiduciary services within the banking sector in Asia and her advisory contributions to international corporate and private wealth management have marked her as a distinguished professional.
With a broad network across Asia, Europe, and North America, Nicholin excels at navigating the complexities of international business, showcasing her adeptness in a global context.

André’s professional journey includes senior roles as an account manager, new business executive, and relationship manager, each significantly contributing to revenue growth. He has worked with leading fintech start-ups like Monex Europe and Ebury, optimising foreign currency trading for corporations and private clients. His expertise includes foreign currency and cash optimisation products, tools and services. He excels in market analysis and developing strategies to enhance financial efficiency and mitigate currency risks, with a focus on private equity, real estate, venture capital, retail, technology, manufacturing, and wholesaler sectors. At Sourceability, André helped clients navigate post-pandemic supply chain disruptions, focussing on OEMs and EMSs.
Simon Blick brings over two decades of experience in financial management and business transformation.
Simon’s forte is enhancing EBITDA performance through process review and aligning costs with strategy. His broad skillset spans project leadership, business process improvement/outsourcing, and business performance management.
He has a strong commitment to operational excellence through the strategic integration of technology and then supporting companies through the adoption phase. Simon is a pivotal figure in driving strategic growth and increasing the value of your company.
Coen Hissink has a distinguished career in various areas of finance, corporate management, and trust management.
Coen began his working career in hotel management but soon transitioned into finance, legal tax, and corporate management. He served as Managing Director of Molade Trust Management for over 15 years, and his extensive experience in corporate management has been a cornerstone of his career.
In addition to his work with Molade, Coen has held significant positions in other organizations. He founded Fiducom B.V. in December 2013 and managed legal operations and the strategic sourcing and delivery of physical commodities at Ronca Holding B.V. His investment with Abacus Capital and leadership roles at Gateway Business Support and INTUMAX further underscore his expertise in finance and international business.
