We are looking for an organised and proactive project coordinator to join our team. You will be instrumental in supporting the execution of financial and compliance projects, coordinating with stakeholders across multiple countries, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support project management tasks across various financial and compliance projects.
- Coordinate with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate meetings, manage documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with accounts payable processes, onboarding vendors, and handling treasury tasks like bank account openings and KYC documentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Active Collab).
- Strong command of English in speaking and writing.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Initiative: Self-motivated with the confidence to handle responsibilities independently.
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of work experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
- Experience in consultancy or financial compliance environments.
- Exposure to treasury functions, KYC processes, and vendor management.
